Friday, Saturday, Sunday
The holiday is finally upon us. Really unfair Melbourne Uni gets 2 weeks off while Monash only gets one. It's suppose to be a fun, stress free holiday since exams are still a month away. But..
Friday:
Got up early to call the travel agent after hours of searching for accommodation online to confirm our(Lodgians) booking to Torquay(beach resort) . However, unfortunate events cropped up and we had to cancel the trip because of unforeseen circumstances and also mainly because we couldn't make up the numbers. Sien. Its difficult to arrange all these activities because of conflicting interests, schedules and financial issues. Eventually i reckon we will probably drift apart because the only thing that we have in common is the fact that we went to the same school. All the kch ppl and especially Mike who cincai cincai can do anything should come to Melb la. Ended up hanging round the city for a bit and followed tian to go buy his new shades. Hopefully Khang and Steven come to Melb next year!
Saturday:
Footy Grand Final, Geelong v Hawthorn. Geelong got hammered but who gives a crap about stupid aussie football. In Merseyside, Liverpool beat the neighboring small club Everton thanks to a brace from Torres. Still think Kuyt's a untalented dog who enjoys chasing the ball.
Went to the city to meet up with sjane, cel, rog and tian. Went to church for the second week running(proud of myself), tian cooked dinner at his place and then played Monopoly.
Didnt take pics of our dinner but looked something like that, minus the steak,oysters,wine and fruits. So : its just pasta and onion rings
Quite fun. Duno why my luck so bad when play monopoly, keep going to jail. I go church le, should have better luck la. Bad things happen to bad ppl supposedly. I think it ended in a draw with the hustlers sjane and tian having the most property but sjane probably edged it. Foochow women..
Sunday:
Wake up early go library do assignment :(
Should go to Chapel Street sometime next week, the shopping district of the wealthy for a little window shopping and to observe how the rich pompous people shop. Steamboat at Steven's house also so take note ppl in Melb.

Random bits of everything
2000 hits in about 2 months. Thats fairly decent i think. Erm, thanks for the free advertisements and publicity we got from other blogs and thanks for visiting i guess :p
I do realize that i've been slightly uptight about people swearing in the chatter box and while it may be rather hypocritical of me to do so, i do in fact have valid reasons for wanting the chatter box to remain clean. Mainly because i've come to be aware that there's family and younger audience reading this blog. I'm attempting to cut down on swearing because its not really accepted in uni. Not really working though...
Gotta love uni, 12 hours a week and Fridays off..Thats like 1 and a half day in Lodge a week.
Psychopath test:
A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met a guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing. She believed him to be her dream guy so much, that she fell in love with him right there, but never asked for his number and could not find him. A few days later she killed her sister.
Question: What is her motive for killing her sister? [Give this some thought before you answer], see answer at the end of the post.
Ok, onto the next random point. Man utd suck so bad. I'm actually enjoying Man utd's failure to grind out any sort of result without Ronaldo. We liverpool fans are bitter people. Contrary to popular believe, liverpool aren't a one/two men team. United are nothing without Ronaldo. He practically won them the champs league and the premier league.
Watched Bucket List staring Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman. Its about two terminally ill men who escape from a cancer ward and head off on a road trip with a wish list of to-dos before they die. Quite a feel-good, heart-warming, funny yet sad movie.
AND FINALLY, i'll be back in Kuching on the 7th of November. Don't know who's back but hope to go back to meeting up for poker, futsal, basketball and hopefully mike's ps3 :).

Another Weekend GONE
It feels weird having so much free time on my hands nowadays. This weekend was eventful in terms of activities and more importantly FOOTBALL.
Went to Chadstone on Saturday with Roger, J, Tian, Terry and Frank( thats right). Me Tian n J went late cause we couldn't be stuffed getting up early to go shopping. After which we went to Arrows to play a bit of pool.
On to more significant events. Later on, the rest went to Crown casino to catch the match. I ditched them to go to my friends place to watch the game. There were about 8 of us there, 6 liverpool fans and two dirty ppl. It was funny watching the match while abuses were being thrown back and forth. Eventually, the inevitable happened:
Very happy with the result:) but i still hate Dirk Kuyt, waste of space. Would have been more had torres played... Its funny how pure ecstasy and bliss can turn into frustration and disappointment in a matter of minutes because of something so trivial...
Pretty much played ps3 for the rest of the night. Anyway, an interesting fact to note is that man utd could potentially be in the bottom 3 next week if they lose to chelsea and if other results dont go their way.
Wanna go go-karting at Sunshine this hols. We should probably do something else as well..Hmmm Philip Island? anyway back to contracts.

Absolute Freedom!
Well you would think so after staying up till 4 am striving to accomplish a boring 3000 word essay. BUT there's still one more massive assignment to go. That's still a month away though. No idea why i always leave things to the last minute. Maybe its a law student thing since 5 other fellow students were up till at least 4am ,attempting to finish the assignment. Bums..
Handed the assignment in 5 minutes before it was due . Really funny watching people running up the escalator trying to make the deadline(12pm).
Last weekend we celebrated Tian's bday. His cake:
The highlight of the night was us playing Monopoly for this first time in Melbourne:
It was a really funny game and we bended a few rules to make things interesting. There was a black market where a lot of manipulation and conning took place. Roger got semi-angry again because luck wasn't on his side and also because we enforced certain rules against him only. But we're getting used to his frequent outbursts so its cool.
Only 3 days till Liverpool v Manchester United. Can't wait !! My prediction, 3-1 to Liverpool since its going to be 11 v 11 this time around (Jamie Carragher to score a hat trick :p ). Revenge is gonna be sweet.

The French singer Alizee to sue Coldplay for $ 55 million
PARIS - h.23:16 - Alizee, the famous French singer, yesterday let the media know, through her lawyers, that she is going to sue Coldplay for plagiarism.
The group's latest song, Viva La Vida, would be a perfect copy of her song: "J'en ai marre", dated 2003. For this reason, the French pop star is asking Coldplay $ 55 million.
I stumbled upon this in the comments of a youtube video.
Damnit, it's not true. lol - about the sueing part.

The glass is half full
Been really busy with assignments recently. 1 massive assignment(25%) down, 2 to go + weekly assessed contracts tutorials and fortnightly micro tests. Uni life sucks. But at least there's something to look foward to :
Save the date, 13th September 2008, Liverpool FC V Manchester United at Anfield. And liverpool might actually win this time around because that diving, crying, whining Christiano ''Judas' 'Ronaldo's not playing.
United won the last one at Old Trafford only because the referee was being a tight arse and sent Masherano off, supposedly for dissent. It will be different at Anfield with the Kop's backing. Hopefully liverpool's star performers, Gerrard and Torres will be fit to play.
Danger men for United:
As a team that cant accept defeat gracefully,Ferguson is probably cooking up some excuse for losing to liverpool right now. It'll be something along the lines of:
1. victims of bad refereeing and that all referees, the FA, the BBC etc: are out to get United
2. new players need time to gel(although there's only 1)
Keep the environment clean:
Personal hygiene is of utmost importance:
Liverpool fans against the war on terror:
Play safe:
